Would you like to help raise funds for Thyroid Cancer Research? We are planning our annual Dinner/Auction Benefit now. This night of excitement will take place Saturday September 21st at the Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria in Houston, Texas, our Conference headquarters and we invite you to join us.
Help make a difference in our lives, by supporting Thyroid Cancer Research. Please consider a donation of merchandise for our Auction. The Silent Auction includes items such as alcohol, gift cards, jewelry, etc. If you'd like to contribute an item, please let us know. Please fill out the attached donation form and send it to fundraising@thyca.org by September 1, 2024.
We need big ticket items for our Live Auction, such as vacation packages, local tour experiences (such as a wine tasting), gift certificates (easy to carry and can be grouped together for a grand offering and loved by all)! It's easy to ask for donations of items, especially when the cause is yours. Anyone out there have connections for securing items of this kind?
Guidelines for donations exclude items of a religious, ethnic, political, or sexual nature. Otherwise, the sky's the limit...generally if it's something you'd buy, others will bid on it also! We have donation request letters on ThyCa letterhead, including our tax ID # for securing donations. Let me know if you'd like some letters that you can also use to mail for the Benefit itself.
