Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we are exercising an abundance of caution for the well-being of our support group members. As such, we are canceling all scheduled support group meetings for the foreseeable future. Having said this, some support groups are holding virtual meetings in place of their canceled meetings.

Please take care of yourself. We suggest that you follow the precautions recommended by your local health agencies and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

ThyCa Seattle is holding FREE online meetings on the Zoom platform at our regular time, 10 am to 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time on the third Saturday of each month. Members of our group or others are welcome. Please e-mail our group facilitators at for instructions on how to join us. We will continue to meet online until the shelter-in-place order has been lifted and it is safe to meet again in person. We look forward to seeing you online.

Nothing discussed at a support group should be considered as a replacement for a doctor's care. We do not give medical advice. We do share support and our own experiences. We are each ultimately responsible for our own care.
