Parking at the Hotel
For conference attendees who park at the hotel, the fee is $10 per day for self-parking and $29 for valet parking. Guests staying at the hotel should inform the hotel at check-in that they are part of the 19th ThyCa Conference in order to automatically be charged this discounted rate.
Anyone who is a “day guest” or those not staying in the hotel will need a discount ticket each day so they are charged the discounted daily rate. The discount tickets will be available at the Conference Registration Desk (Marina Room).
Anyone who made a hotel reservation through Expedia, Travelocity or other such web sites rather than directly through the hotel will be charged the hotel standard daily parking rate of $29 (self) or $39 (valet) plus tax. They won’t be eligible for the reduced parking rate ThyCa negotiated.
