ThyCa Atlanta Georgia Support Group

Meets: ThyCa Atlanta meets the last Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, except in May, November, and December.

Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we are exercising an abundance of caution for the well-being of our support group members. As such, we are canceling all scheduled support group meetings for the foreseeable future. Having said this, some support groups are holding virtual meetings in place of their canceled meetings.

Please take care of yourself. We suggest that you follow the precautions recommended by your local health agencies and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. https://www.cdc.gov/

ThyCa Atlanta holds FREE virtual meetings at our regular time, 10:00 to 11:30 Eastern Time on the last Saturday of each month. Members of our group or others are welcome. Please e-mail our group facilitators at atlanta-ga@thyca.org for the instructions on how to join us. Once we give you the instructions, it will be good for all our meetings until we can start meeting face-to-face. We look forward to seeing you there.

Nothing discussed at a support group should be considered as a replacement for a doctor's care. We do not give medical advice. We do share support and our own experiences. We are each ultimately responsible for our own care.
