ThyCa's Thyroid Cancer Support Group Network Expands to Waterloo, Iowa (02/05)

On Saturday, April 2, 2005, Waterloo, Iowa, will welcome the newest thyroid cancer support group. The group is free and open to thyroid cancer patients, families, and caregivers. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be held at the Covenant Medical Center.

The free support group will be facilitated by Daria Jerauld and Kelly Kirchoff. They said they are excited about starting a new support group for thyroid cancer patients in Waterloo because its so important to connect and realize we are not alone in this battle.

The Covenant Medical Center is located at 3421 West 9th Street in Waterloo, Iowa 50702.
