Reggie Deal Visits All 30 Major League Ballparks, Raises Awareness of Thyroid Cancer (5/12)

Congratulations to baseball fan Reggie Deal of Wyoming, thyroid cancer survivor who is blind, and in April and May 2012 is attending baseball games and raising thyroid cancer awareness. Reggie, originally from Texas, is an educator with a background in youth issues and counseling.

Reggie is attending games in all 30 major league baseball stadiums in 30 days.

Reggie is taking this opportunity to raise awareness of thyroid cancer and the importance of early detection through neck checks, because thyroid cancer is usually treatable when found early. ThyCa is pleased to provide materials to support Reggie in this important effort.

Reggie wears the thyroid cancer awareness wristband and shirt to tell people about thyroid cancer and ThyCa's free services. Read his story here.

Congratulations and thank you, Reggie!
